RENTAL CONDITIONS
-
A
deposit of 100.00 plus 50% of rental is required at the time of booking.
The full rental is due upon arrival. The deposit is paid separately and
is refundable when the apartment keys are received by us.

If
you are compelled to cancel your holiday, we will endeavor to re-let the
accommodation, and if successful you will only forfeit your deposit,
otherwise the full amount is payable by you.

Guests
will be liable to pay for any breakage or damage to fitting and
furnishing occurring during their stay.

We
cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to clothing, equipment
or baggage into the premises.
